The freshness of peach in a can!
Peach is a summer fruit par excellence, fresh and succulent, with a splendid aroma, vibrant colour and high nutritional value, even when canned.
The productive process for the canning of peaches involves stages like the initial delivery and checking of the quality of the fruits, classification by size, removing the core and cutting the fruit, peeling its skin, further checking quality, final picking and classification based on quality, hermetically sealing the container.
This is followed by degassing and, finally, the process of pasteurisation which contributes to the safety and stability of the final product while it is displayed on the shelf and until its consumption.
