  • 155 g all purpose flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g orange jam
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 110 g almond powder
  • 155 g buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs
  • canned peaches, strained

Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.

Mix in jam, eggs and vanilla.

Whisk together flour, almond powder, baking powder & soda.

Mix in the flour mixture and the buttermilk alternately.

Fill cupcake pans with cream and canned peaches.

Bake at 180⁰C / 350⁰F for 22′.
