  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20g sugar
  • 80g whipping cream
  • puff pastry dough
  • 80g mascarpone cheese

Cut the dough into 9 pcs. Transfer to paper lined baking sheet.

Brush with beaten egg and prick with a fork

Bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 30′
