A beautiful idea for a quick and delicious salad!


  • 8 peach halves in syrup, drained
  • 200 g of canned tuna in oil, drained  
  • 1/2 purple onion, chopped 
  • 2 iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded 
  • 8 walnuts 
  • Homemade pink sauce (salsa rosa) to taste
  • 50 g of mixed salad leaves (mesclun) 


In a big bowl we mix the drained tuna with the onion, the iceberg and the pink sauce until well combined. 

Place the mixed salad leaves on a plate, arrange the peach halves and fill them with the tuna mixture. Garnish with the pink sauce and place a walnut on each stuffed peached half.
