  • Canned peaches strained
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 240g powdered sugar
  • 600g self raising flour
  • 220g milk
  • 370g butter

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Mix the eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and milk.

Mix in the flour until incorporated.

Slice the peaches. Arrange them on a paper lined baking pan.

Pan’s diameter28cm/ 11”.

Cover the peaches with the batter & smooth it with a spatula.

Bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 55′.
